BikeSaver Plan – Terms and Conditions

LE Motorcycles LTD also known as Long Eaton Motorcycles

These Terms and Conditions apply to all customers enrolled in the BikeSaver Plan (“the Plan”) provided by Long Eaton Motorcycles (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By joining the Plan, you agree to the following terms.

1. Overview

1.1 The BikeSaver Plan is a monthly subscription membership designed to provide customers with access to exclusive benefits, discounts, and priority services.

1.2 The Plan is not a savings account, credit agreement, or prepayment scheme.

1.3 Monthly payments do not accumulate as credit and cannot be redeemed for cash, services, or products.

1.4 Membership benefits are only available while the Plan is active and payments are up to date.

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over.

2.2 Membership is linked to the named customer and their nominated motorcycle(s).

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel membership at our discretion.

3. Plan Tiers and Benefits

3.1 The BikeSaver Plan includes multiple tiers (e.g. Essential, Advanced, Ultimate), each offering different levels of benefits.

3.2 Benefits may include, but are not limited to:

Labour discounts on workshop invoices

Discounted MOT testing

Reduced diagnostic fees

Priority booking access

Emergency or fast-track booking access

Annual Vehicle Health Checks

Access to exclusive offers and promotions

Priority access to collection and delivery services

3.3 Specific benefits and discount levels are determined by the selected plan tier and may be updated from time to time.

3.4 Benefits have no cash value and are not transferable unless agreed by us.

4. Payments

4.1 Membership fees are payable monthly via recurring card payment or Direct Debit.

4.2 Payments are taken in advance of each monthly billing period.

4.3 If a payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is brought up to date.

4.4 We reserve the right to amend pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Minimum Term

5.1 The minimum membership term is 3 months from the date of sign-up.

5.2 After the minimum term, membership continues on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled.

6. Cancellation

6.1 Customers may cancel their membership after the minimum term by providing at least 30 days’ notice.

6.2 Cancellation must be made via the approved contact method (email, phone, or written request).

6.3 No refunds will be provided for payments already made.

6.4 Upon cancellation, all membership benefits will end at the conclusion of the billing period.

7. Cooling-Off Period

7.1 Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing up.

7.2 If cancelled within this period and no benefits have been used, a full refund will be issued.

7.3 If any benefits have been used, we reserve the right to deduct the value of those benefits from any refund.

8. No Cash Value

8.1 Membership payments do not represent stored value, credit, or a financial balance.

8.2 Payments cannot be withdrawn, refunded (outside of the cooling-off period), or exchanged.

8.3 Benefits do not roll over and are lost if not used during active membership.

9. Use of Benefits

9.1 Benefits apply only while membership is active.

9.2 Discounts apply to labour only, unless otherwise stated.

9.3 Benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

9.4 Benefits are intended for normal personal use only.

9.5 We reserve the right to limit or withdraw benefits in cases of misuse or excessive use.

10. Booking and Priority Access

10.1 Members will receive priority booking over non-members where reasonably possible.

10.2 Priority access does not guarantee immediate availability or same-day service.

10.3 All bookings remain subject to workshop capacity and operational constraints.

11. MOT, Servicing and Repairs

11.1 All work carried out remains subject to our standard workshop terms and conditions.

11.2 Membership does not guarantee that faults will not occur.

11.3 Any additional work required will be quoted separately and must be approved by the customer.

11.4 Parts, consumables, and third-party costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

12. Collection and Delivery

12.1 Collection and delivery services are subject to availability and location.

12.2 Priority access may be offered to members depending on their plan tier.

12.3 Charges may still apply unless stated otherwise.

13. Suspension and Termination

13.1 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership if:

Payments are missed or repeatedly fail

The Plan is misused

Fraudulent or abusive behaviour is identified

13.2 No refunds will be provided in the event of termination due to breach of these terms.

14. Changes to the Plan

14.1 We reserve the right to update or modify the Plan, including pricing, structure, and benefits.

14.2 Reasonable notice will be given for any significant changes.

15. Liability

15.1 We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.

15.2 The BikeSaver Plan is designed to support maintenance and convenience but does not prevent mechanical failure.

15.3 We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of earnings, travel costs, or inconvenience.

16. Data Protection

16.1 Customer data will be handled in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

16.2 Information may be used for service reminders, communications, and account management.

16.3 Payment details are securely processed by approved third-party providers.

17. Governing Law

17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

17.2 Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
